Dodge Data & Analytics Agrees to Sale of Architectural Record, Engineering News-Record, and SNAP to BNP Media


NEW YORK – June 12, 2015 – Dodge Data & Analytics LLC (“Dodge”) (http://www.construction.com/) today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its industry-leading brands Architectural Record, Engineering News-Record (ENR), and SNAP to BNP Media.  Terms of the deal, which is expected to close at the end of June, were not disclosed.

“This transaction signals Dodge’s focus on our core business: providing information, intelligence, and data-driven insights to empower our customers in the construction industry,” said Mike Petrullo, Chief Executive Officer, Dodge Data & Analytics. “ENR and Architectural Record, both published for over 100 years, have a long, storied history of journalistic excellence and leadership in the marketplace, and we wish them continued success under BNP’s stewardship.”

Based in Troy, MI and established in 1926, BNP Media is a fourth-generation family-run company that serves multiple industries with its leading business-to-business publications.  The company publishes over 50 titles catering to 11 distinct industry markets.
