The ITB is an email request from the General Contractor to provide a bid on the project, based on the information provided. By responding to the Invitation to Bid, the General Contractor has begun the bid management process.

Yes I will Bid ? Instant response of ?Yes? to the GC. You have successfully responded to the GC and are done, you will be taken to the notification confirmation page.
No, I will not Bid ? Instant response of ?No? to the GC. You have successfully responded to the GC and are done, you will be taken to the notification confirmation page.
Maybe, I am undecided ? Gives you option to respond at a later time, and you will be taken to the Bid Package for review.
If you select Maybe, Follow the steps below to continue the process and make your bidding decision.
INVITATION TO BID
On the Notification Quick Response page (above), click the "Click here to login and view more information" link at the bottom.
You are taken to the Invitation to Bid, from here you can access all the bid package documents for the project by clicking the "Click here to view bid package" links to the right.
SIGN IN TO THE NETWORK PLAN ROOM
You will need to sign in to McGraw-Hill Construction in order to access the Bid Package Documents.
If you do not know your MHC password or have forgotten it, click the ?forgot your password?? link. An email will be sent to you containing a link into the reset your password process.
VIEW THE BID PACKAGE & RESPOND TO THE GC
All Bid Documents are organized into
Folders.
A icon next to the folder
indicates it contains additional folders. Folders are expanded/collapsed by clicking the , icons.
Documents contained within a folder are listed in the right display pane of
the page.
To view the documents for a folder, click the name of the
folder.
To view a thumbnail of the document, click the name of the document.
To
look at a full view of the document, click the view button next to the document. (The view is an optimized performance view of the document).
A higher resolution document can be viewed/saved to your computer by clicking the Download button.
To Respond to the Invitation to Bid at any time, select your answer from drop down in the orange box at the top right of your screen.
Note: If you recieve the error "You do not have the proper permissions to access this project." upon Signin, you will need to contact the General Contractor directly
