Michelle is Chief Human Resources Officer, leading the Company’s human resource strategy and driving employee engagement. Before joining Dodge, Michelle was Vice President of Human Resources at Delinea (formerly Thycotic Software) where she helped scale the company from a small technology startup to over 1,000 employees globally. Michelle has built the HR functions within several technology companies from the ground up to support rapid growth and develop award winning “Best Places to Work” cultures.
