The Tracking list folder contains the following subfolders:

- My Private: Only you have access to these tracking lists. The default list is My Companies. If you create any tracking lists, they will first appear in the My Private subfolder as well.
- My Public: These are tracking lists that you have created that are made public to (shared with) other users within your license.
- Public: These are tracking lists created by other users within your license that have given you access to their tracking lists.
When you click on one of the blue tracking list links, a your search results for the tracked companies is displayed to the right.

From here, you can perform practically all of the same functionality that you could from company search results, including using the Email and Save As buttons, track and set alerts, sort, view company details, or print items from the results set to a PDF document, send them to a spread sheet, or create a mail merge.

You may also create, rename or delete tracking lists from the Folders tab.
- Select the checkboxes next to the companies you wish to move.
- From the Track dropdown, select the tracking list where you wish to move the companies.
- Click the Move button.
